These bridge officers each have four space abilities and four ground abilities that they'll be able to use when they've been promoted up using expertise. The main amount of abilities comes not from your character, but from your bridge officers. For that reason, the section explaining what to do at level 50 is at the end of the story arc where you access the last major daily activity. The only levels that are significant is level 10, and level 50, as that is when you start doing numerous other daily activities. Note that while missions all have 'Minimum Level Required', you will absolutely always be above these requirements as long as you aren't skipping episodes that you aren't supposed to. You will be unlocking all the leveling achievements while playing your Romulan character if you are following the recommended path for completion. It all depends on if you're doing the DLC and everything you should be doing for all the achievements, if you're playing actively through the story or only logging in for daily missions, et cetera.
